Clean park. Manager is a great guy.
It used to be a good place to live but the park manager there has ruined that she seems to discriminate pick and choose who she wants to live there using her own standards I personally would not recommend living there as long as she is still the manager

Manager is very sneaky she will steal your rent check it's happened more then once I could have just got a hard time cause I'm black and young
Awful management that does not follower her own rules. Does not taker care of the roads. Does not plow during the winter. Makes her own rules. Constantly changing the rules. No playground for the kids. Not allowed to put our own playground in our lots for our kids. Took the pool but still paying for it. Rent goes up for no reason every year. Now we have to pay for water that is barely drinkable. Just terrible place to live.
