Jacob Jeffries was the worst public defender I've ever encountered in my life. A clear case of ineffective counsel, might as well be a prosecutor and not a public defender. Allowed the courts to violate my first amendment rights, violated my 6th amendment rights. Forced me into a plea bargain after basically telling me that he wasn't going to do anything for me and the Urbana Ohio court system is rigged. I told him I wanted to file for ineffective counsel and he said well no one else will do your case anyway. Never talked to me or my witness before trying to argue for a plea deal. From day one in the court system I was screwed and he was one of the people that helped.
