Here from Michigan to see my mother-in-law, staff seems very nice and helpful. Not the big hospitals I'm used to in the big city but this one is clean well staffed and very pleasant. Erica and Rose was exceptional, very attentive and showed great care and compassion. Everyone seemed nice and acknowledged us as we crossed paths. Good job Mercy Memorial Hospital!!
They have always been kind and professional. The nurses are kind and attentive in the ER. The front staff is always nice. A nurse once gave us money out of her pocket to help us in a very difficult time. I think the staff genuinely cares about people.
Here from Michigan because my mother was admitted to Mercy Memorial Hospital. The staff has been awesome!!! The hospital is clean, quiet and everyone from cleaning staff, administration and doctors have been exceeding in services, care and expectations. Place is a joke never saw a Dr charged me 3300 dollars for three bags of fluid to treat dehydration. Gave them my insurance info still sent me to collections with out ever sending anything to my insurance company or home.
I took my very sick boyfriend to this emergency room because of their reputation. We were treated with respect and in a professional, expertise and caring way. Unfortunately, he was eventually transferred to a “super” medical center in Dayton and it has been a nightmare. I cry.
