One of the worst banks I've ever had. Been banking for two years with this bank, and have had so many issues with them turning my card off, not sending me a replacement card in a timely manner- 2 months now and still no card, rude customer service- i tried expressing my thoughts when the bank again turned my card off and the lady straight up hung up on me. They have no corporate office phone service, when you call you talk to a bank thats local. Honestly the worst bank ive ever delt with.
Wright Pat Credit Union my son waited over a half of an hour while several office clerks talked and made other items their priority. He finally had to leave for work.

At dinner the next day he discribed to me his frustrating experience. I suggested he open an account where I have my savings gs account..... Security. He was able to walk right in and was escorted directly in to Lisa where he was able to open an account and was made to feel like a priority.
